CUES Announces Next Top Credit Union Exec

Tina Hall of Verity Credit Union was named the 2010 Next Top Credit Union Exec on Wednesday morning at the CUES CEO/Executive Team Network in Dallas. Co-produced by CUES and Currency Marketing, the competition was designed to recognize young credit union professionals for the work they are doing to advance their credit union. Hall was chosen out of six finalists by attendees and online voters in addition to a judging panel of CUES Council officers.
Hall, vice president of organizational development at her Seattle-based credit union, developed a training and coaching program to motivate and empower employees. As the ultimate winner of the contest, she will receive an educational package worth $20,000, including registration, accommodation and airfare to CUES’ CEO Institute I in April, as well as the opportunity to continue sharing the progress of her project on the Next Top Credit Union Exec blog, where all six finalists have been publishing monthly posts and videos.
