Christopher Byrd is a 29-year-old Branch Manager with Associated Credit Union of TX ($300M) in League City, Texas.

PROJECT SYNOPSIS

What is the next level of service we can provide our members? My project is to define and establish a unique experience for our members no matter how they interact with us whether it is in the branch, at the ATM, online banking, over the phone, mailings, community events, or any touch points.

The main idea is to provide an experience that is unique to our credit union that will differentiate us from the many other financial institutions available in our markets. By creating this wow factor, we will garner greater loyalty, share of wallet, and hopefully create an enthusiastic membership base.
