West #4: Nick Talley

Nick Talley is a 25-year-old Assistant Vice President Branch Lending with Chetco Federal Credit Union ($370M) in Harbor, Oregon.

Synopsis: I am in the process of rolling out a "micro-loan" program that will have a $1,000 maximum loan amount. This program will be offered with payments as low as $10 per week. The micro-loan will have terms that will make it easy for young entrepreneurs and self-employed artisans to afford. This program will be used to strike a great balance between aging depositors and create long-term relationships with young borrowers.
