Synopsis: As the next generation of leaders we will be asked to do more than simply re-invent the wheel. While I have no doubt we will continue to see an evolution of products and services and develop more inventive ways to connect with our members, we will be asked to lead differently than those before us. It will be about our ability to educate and empower those around us and watch the domino effect of progressive leadership as our employee pay it forward.
