Northeast #4: Bonnie Longo

Bonnie Longo is a 27-year-old Retail Helpdesk Specialist with Affinity Federal Credit Union ($2B) in Basking Ridge, New Jersey.

Synopsis: My project involves automating the new account documents. This process will allow the account data to download directly into our new account forms and allow the member to sign a signature pad. Once the signature is captured it will be embedded in the documents digitally and then upload to our record retention system.

Not only will this process reduce paper, but it will enhance security and efficiency. Our new account representatives will now be able to focus more on relationship building and conversation than forms completion.
